Bookmaker References can no longer be used to log into this new system - instead you are required to create a unique username using your email address if it is already known to us.
If we are unaware of your email address the enrolment process will fail in which case you should contact the HBLB Levy Collection Officer to verify your identity and register the correct contact details on your account:

To enrol online you will need to follow the steps below.
Step One: Enter Email
Step Two: Enter Name if necessary
If you use an email address that is attached to multiple contacts on your bookmaker account, or the address is used across multiple bookmaker accounts, you will also be prompted to enter your first and last names.
Step Three: Receive Password Reset Email
If you successfully complete enrolment the system will confirm your success and an email will be sent to you with a password reset link, you will need to note your new username and also click on the rest link to setup a new password.
